Nowadays, water resources are one of the most delicate issues on the international scene, since they concern both developing and industrialised countries and they keep into account not only environmental and economic aspects, but also the social and cultural dynamics of decision making processes. That is why the main goal of the Forum is to favour a comprehensive discussion and a critical comparison of different approaches to water problems and strategies.
